Open to all Management Students Everywhere
Learning Teamwork in a classroom setting.
Since this is one of my main areas of interest, I'd like to know a couple things here from those who participate. Keep in mind that business organizations have stated, that one of the skills that undergraduate students lack the most is the ability to critical think, to effectively communicate, and definitely lack teamwork ability skills.
First, how do you feel about working within a team the classroom setting - was it rewarding or stressful? Did you like it or dislike it? Why?
Second, do you feel the experience would have been more beneficial if faculty spent more time preparing learners to learn team dynamics and how to effectively interact within a team environment?
